Substance abuse is one of the worst things you can experience in your life. You can quickly lose control of 

everything, and possibly even die. Extreme behavioral changes can occur.

Everyone can be " Forever Free", we're here to help you return to your better self and get

your addictions under control.

 

This outreach program is designed to provide substance abuse         

treatment along with other health and wellness services to low-income individuals.  

Our communities are saturated with violence, and mind altering drugs which

include heroin, cocaine and more. As the rate of abuse continuously climbs,

we are here to help. 

 

Opened to the community we provide the services necessary to complete

successful transitions through rehabilitation.

 

We offer AODA Relapse Prevention Reentry group sessions which all are open to all. 

Forever Free Substance Abuse and Mental Health Treatment Centers services

include weekly group sessions, some voluntary and also mandatory requirements.
